요놈은 ICS에서 새로 들어온 메모리 얼로 케이션 메니져 라고 생각 하면 된다.

프로세서들이 많아 지고 그것들이 모두 사용 할수 있는 shared memory가 필요 해서

만든것. Secure sharing between processes 를 지원한다!!
